Bookings and Appointments
Booking and appointment procedures are as follows:
- Request Process: You may request a free quote through our website contact form or by calling +34 625 723 331. You will need to provide your name, contact information, location, and description of your pest problem.
- Quote Provision: We will provide you with a detailed quote within 24 hours of receiving your request, including service scope, duration, and pricing.
- Appointment Confirmation: Once you accept our quote, we will confirm your appointment date and time via email or phone. You are responsible for confirming your availability and providing access to the service location.
- Service Window: Services are typically scheduled within a service window (e.g., morning or afternoon). We will make reasonable efforts to maintain punctuality, but we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
- Access to Premises: You must ensure that a responsible adult is present at the service location during the appointment and provide full access to all areas requiring treatment.
- Preparation Requirements: We will provide specific preparation instructions prior to your appointment. You are responsible for following these instructions to ensure treatment effectiveness.
Payment Terms
Payment terms and conditions are as follows:
- Payment Methods: We accept cash, bank transfer, and credit/debit card payments. Payment must be made in full upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Invoice Details: Upon payment, you will receive an invoice detailing the service provided, date, time, and amount paid. This invoice is important for your records.
- Currency: All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR).
- Deposits: For certain services or if requested, we may require a deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit will be credited towards your final invoice.
- Price Validity: Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change if circumstances differ from those described in the quote.
- Additional Charges: If additional work is required beyond the scope of the original quote, we will obtain your written approval before proceeding. Additional work will be charged separately according to our standard rates.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Client Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the quoted service price.

- Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your new preferred date and time, subject to availability.

- Refund Policy: If we cancel an appointment and you have already paid, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days. If you cancel and are subject to a cancellation fee, the fee will be deducted from any refund.
Liability
Liability terms are as follows:
- Service Limitation: Our pest control services are designed to effectively manage pest infestations under normal circumstances. We cannot guarantee complete pest elimination in all situations, as pest control outcomes depend on various factors including environmental conditions, client preparation, and post-treatment measures.
- Property Damage: We take reasonable care to protect your property during service delivery. However, we are not liable for pre-existing property damage, structural defects, or damage resulting from the client's failure to follow preparation instructions.
- Health and Safety: Our treatments comply with Spanish environmental and health regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that all occupants (humans and pets) follow our safety instructions. We are not liable for adverse reactions resulting from non-compliance with our instructions.
- Chemical Sensitivity: If you or anyone in your household has known chemical sensitivities or allergies, you must inform us in advance. We will discuss alternative treatment options or precautions. We are not liable for reactions to standard-approved treatments applied according to our protocols.
- Third-Party Liability: We are not responsible for damage to third-party property or harm to third parties caused by your use or misuse of our services or treatment recommendations.
- Consequential Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or business interruption.
- Limitation of Liability: Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
Service Guarantee
Our guarantee terms are as follows:
- Service Quality: We guarantee that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner by trained technicians using approved pest control methods.
- Follow-Up Service: If pest activity is observed within 14 days following treatment, we will provide a follow-up service at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the same pest species treated and only if the client has followed our preparation and post-treatment instructions.
- Guarantee Exclusions: The guarantee does not apply if: (1) treatment was not administered according to our instructions, (2) environmental or building conditions have changed significantly since treatment, (3) the property has not been properly secured or maintained, or (4) new infestations have occurred from external sources.
- Guarantee Claims: To claim under this guarantee, you must contact us within 14 days of the original service with photographs or documentation of pest activity. We will assess the claim and provide follow-up service or explanation accordingly.
- Multiple Visits: Some severe infestations may require multiple treatment visits. The follow-up guarantee applies to each individual treatment session.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and all matters related to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, specifically the laws of the Valencian Community (Comunidad Valenciana), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Benidorm, Alicante, Spain. Both parties agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to venue or inconvenient forum.
